Chief Justice Mzikamanda, SC Makes a Surprise Visit

The Honourable the Chief Justice, Rizine Robert Mzikamanda, SC a few days ago on his way to the capital city, Lilongwe, decided to make an impromptu visit at the place being used as Phalula First Grade Magistrate Court in Balaka District.

It was within the lunch hour break when did so. To his utter amazement, the Honourable Chief Justice, found Court Marshal, Mr. Ernest Jamali, at the premises still serving people.

The Honourable the Chief Justice said to our reporter that he was very impressed with the level of dedication to duty demonstrated by Mr. Jamali.

Mr. Jamali thanked the Honourable the Chief Justice for the visit and said that it had encouraged him to work even harder in his role.
