Malawi Law Report (Commercial Series 2009 – 2020 Edition) Exercise

The Malawi Law Report (Commercial Series) Editorial Team on Monday the 21st March, 2022 commenced the exercise of compilation of the third edition of the Malawi Law Report.

The exercise taking place at Sunbird Kuchawe Hotel from 21st March to 25th March 2022 consist of judgments from the High Court Commercial Division and the Supreme Court of Appeal cases ranging from 2009 – 2020.

The Editorial team comprising of three Supreme Court of Appeal Judges (Hon. Justice Mzikamanda JA SC, Hon. Justice Kapanda JA SC and Hon. Justice Katsala JA), three High Court Commercial Division Judges (Hon. Justice Dr. Mtambo, Hon. Justice Manda and Hon. Justice Alide) and one Private Practice Lawyer (Counsel Msowoya) has previously published two editions; 1st edition 2001 – 2007 and 2nd edition 2008. The 3 rd edition currently underway is expected to be ready before the end of the year 2022.
