On Friday, 20th February 2026, the Honourable Chief Justice Rizine Mzikamanda SC, visited retired judicial officers and members of staff in Balaka. They were once part of the Judiciary's daily work, but are forever part of our story. His visit reminds us that service may retire, but belonging never does.
